GRÅTT
"Once, I crossed the atlantic ocean 4 times in 10 days. I woke up, not knowing where I was, dizzy, nauseous and un-coordinated. My feet were far from my head, my intestines still hovering over the ocean."
GRÅTT is a choreographic work that derives from the experience of stress and how it affects us mentally and physically. The feeling of a lack of contact with the body. Whose arms are growing out of my shoulders? The audience is invited into a space where the dancing body is intertwined with an intense self-observation of the flesh, gradually finding a way back to where there is coherence.
GRÅTT premieres at BoraBora, Århus 20th-22nd of September 2021.
it is later performed:
18th-19th of November 2021, Dynamo, Odense
24th-25th of November 2021, Dansekapellet, Copenhagen.
